The coach will not pursue the gift recipient as it is best for the recipient to initiate the engagement when they are ready. The gift giver understands upon receipt of the gift certificate, communication will occur between the receiver and coach only, as the coaching experience is shared between the client (recipient) and the coach. This gift cannot be returned or transferred. By purchasing this certificate, the gift giver agrees to the terms of this purchase.
